How we started
In the beginning, there was a book, then gifts made. From there a progression of trying the soaps that had been made and given. A eureka moment happened when my husband was using them and literally yelled from the bath "Baby, this soap is awesome, you need to make more of these. They feel so good and OMG they smell awesome." Having skin conditions I set out to create soaps particularly for him.
From that moment on I was hooked on the creative process of combining different botanicals and roots while experimenting with different hand made blends of essential oils. My blends are based largely on my research for their wonderful skin loving properties but also their aromatic affects. I was overcome with fascination on how incredible natural handmade soaps could feel and smell, but also how immediately our skin was no longer dry or had that constant itchy feel from using commercial soaps. All those who had received and used the soaps that were given away, encouraged me to start selling them.
Things progressed from there with trying and adding all the additional items that are also all natural. The feedback has been overwhelmingly great for all the products that have been made and are available.
I have truly aspired to keep them all natural and not succumb to adding hardeners or artificial chemical ingredients. They are made with pure love and thought into inspiring blends that I hope you will come to love as much as we do.
